These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to garage door services provided by Wanda Garage Door Of Houston (“we”, “us”, “our”), 550 Greens Parkway, Suite 1130, Houston, TX 77067. By using this website or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Who can book service
You must be at least 18 years old to book service, and you must be the property owner or have the owner’s permission for us to work on the garage door.
Our services
We provide residential garage door repair, spring replacement, cable and roller repair, opener repair and installation, and new garage door installation in the areas listed on our Service Area page. All work is performed by Wanda Garage Door Of Houston. We may accept or decline any job at our discretion, for example if it’s outside our service area or the type of work we do.
Prices, estimates and payment
- We give you a written price after inspecting your door, before any work starts.
- No work starts until you approve the written price. If we find additional problems, we stop and get your approval before doing any extra work.
- The service visit is free. You only pay if you approve the work.
- Payment is due when the work is complete.
Appointments
We schedule visits within our business hours. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Arrival windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and earlier jobs.
Warranty
Our warranty coverage, exclusions and claim instructions are described on our Warranty page, which is part of these terms. Manufacturer warranties on parts and doors are provided by the manufacturer.
Your responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the garage and door, and let us know about any known hazards
- Stop using a door or opener that we’ve identified as unsafe until it’s repaired
- Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance for your door and opener
